GEL-SOAP is a powerful anionic detergent used in various Textile processes like scouring, Bleaching, Washing etc.
- COMPOSITION : Combination of surface active agent
- APPEARANCE : Amber light yellow colored paste
- NATURE : Anionic
- pH : 7 – 8
- STABILIT : Stable in alkaline bath, compatible with Hypochlorite, peroxide, soda ash, etc.
- Usage of 7.5% of GEL- SOAP along with caustic soda and other ingredients in kier boil helps in getting good absorbency in jiggers .
- Use about 2 gpl of GEL – SOAP along with soda ash, caustic soda and boil for 90 minutes.
- Packing : 50kg,100kg.
- Along with peroxide GEL- SOAP is used to the extent of 0.5% to get better bleaching results.
- For dyed and printed goods a though washing treatment is given with 2 gpl GEL- SOPE and little soda ash to improve the brightness and shades in the fabric .
- Further it can be used for other processes like vat/reactive dyeing, yarn dyeing. Also as a degreasing agent in engineering and dairy industries, as soap in laundry etc.
