Kay LW+ is designed specifically for the special requirements for integral Liquid waterproofing, composed of wetting agent, plasticizer, polymers and additives. It is an admixture for concrete, mortar and plasters. A self-curing liquid rubber polymer quickly applied to form a flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane that bonds to a wide variety of substrates.

• Easily dispersible and compatible with concrete or mortar mixes.
• Increase durability and provides greater workability.
• Reduce shrinkage and crack development.
• Used in RCC floors, walls and slabs.
• Bathroom , Basement and water retaining structures.
• Roof slabs and screeds.
• Internal and external plastering.
• Dry mix cement, sand, aggregate in concrete mixture for 2 minutes.
• Add 75% - 80% water and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
• Add Kay LW+ in the ratio of 200ml per 50kg bag of cement and wet mix for 2 minutes.
• Place the concrete or apply plaster, as needed.
• Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practice.
• Characteristics :
1. Appearance - Free flowing liquid, Specific gravity at 25°c, 1.05 – 1.070.
2. Color - Red Brown, Non volatile content, 13.5 – 14.5%.
3. Ph Value - 9 -13, Dosage ml/50kg cement bag, 200 ml.
• Storage : Material should be stored in a cool dry place under shed away from heat.
• Shelf Life : One year in original unopened sealed condition.
• Packaging : Material is available in 5 L, 20 L and 50 L.
